The website of the ENGIE Group’s Mediation service has been developed in accordance with Internet standards. The following minimum system requirements are needed to access and use this website: any computer installed with Microsoft Internet Explorer 5 or later, Mozilla Firefox 2.0 or later, or Safari 3.0 or later. This website contains Flash animations that require the Flash Player 10 plug-in or later.
3. Intellectual property rights
All text, comments, works, illustrations and images reproduced on the http://www.mediateur-engie.com website are reserved under copyright and intellectual property rights, which are applicable worldwide. Pursuant to the provisions of the French Intellectual Property Code, all text, comments, works, illustrations and images may only be used for private purposes only. Any other use will constitute an infringement subject to the penalties stipulated in intellectual property law, unless prior consent has been received from the ENGIE Mediation service.
4. Privacy policy
Any personal data about you collected on the web site are used for the treatment of the mediation request and for quality improvement.

In accordance with the January 6th , 1978 modified law on Computing and Freedom, any person can access and amend or delete their personal information and can oppose for any legitimate reason the processing of his personal data. The procedure to block the cookies depending of your navigator are:

Select the files and delete them

Finish by clicking on “Terminate”

Select and delete the files you want to delete.
Click on “close” and go back to your navigator.
